As a helping professional, I am passionate about the human experience and empowering others to live their lives authentically. It is a privilege to share a safe space, and provide a listening ear. I believe that each person knows themselves and their story best — my position as a mental health counsellor is simply to assist you along your journey.

With the biopsychosocial approach to therapy, I believe we can explore the values of the mind-body connection in the context of our environments. I work with people from a person-centred, trauma-focused approach, collaborating with individuals and offering an eclectic approach to the psychodynamic therapeutic process. I have experience with personality disorders, PTSD, and other spectrum/neurodivergence populations. I’ve used a variety of technical modalities, including ACT, CBT, Creative Arts & Music, DBT, and somatic therapies, to name a few.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree, in Criminology, Psychology and English, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), governed in the province of New Brunswick (LCT-C).
